All international participants attending Canadian Aikido Federation (CAF) seminars are solely responsible for obtaining their own visas, travel authorizations, and any other required entry documents.
Please note that the CAF does not provide assistance with immigration or travel logistics, and does not issue any of the following:
Seminar registration confirms your placement in the event only. It does not constitute an invitation to Canada, nor does it guarantee entry. All entry requirements and admission decisions are determined exclusively by the Government of Canada and its authorized border officials.
Participants are strongly encouraged to verify all Canadian entry requirements well in advance of registering or making travel arrangements.
The Canadian Aikido Federation (CAF) assumes no financial responsibility or liability for any costs associated with attending or traveling to a CAF event. All expenses—including but not limited to airfare, accommodations, ground transportation, visa application fees, and travel insurance—are the sole responsibility of the participant. The CAF is not liable for any financial losses, non-refundable expenses, or damages resulting from travel disruptions, event schedule changes, or the denial of entry into Canada.
