Collecting, Using and Disclosing Personal Information About You
We collect, use and disclose personal information about you in order to serve your Aikido Martial Art needs. In particular, we only collect, use and disclose information about you for the purposes of:
• establishing and maintaining communications with you,
• establishing and maintaining a record of your membership,
• offering and providing membership benefits,
• administering the eligibility of new and existing members,
• administering the policy and procedures of the CAF
• liaison between our members and Hombu
• complying with the law.
When you (or your Dojo on your behalf) request membership with us, we consider that you have consented to our collection, use and disclosure of personal information about you for the purposes identified above.
You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. If you withdraw your consent, it may limit our ability to provide you with your membership benefits or service.
