About Hélène Doué Sensei Hélène Doué began training in Aikido in 1989 at the age of 9, at Cercle Tissier under Christian Tissier, 8th dan Shihan, where she still practices today. She holds 6th dan in both UFA and Aikikaï, and a DEJEPS state teaching diploma in Aikido. She serves on the FFAAA’s National Technical College as Regional Federal Delegate for Normandy. She has taught for over 25 years, including a decade working with autistic teenagers at a medico-educational institute, and now trains instructors for the Fondation Perce-Neige.
