Daily rates:
– Friday = $45 (Adult) / $25 (Youth under 18YRS/student)
– Saturday = $120 (Adult) / $60 (Youth under 18YRS/student)
– Sunday = $75 (Adult) / $40 (Youth under 18YRS/student)

Breakfast and Lunch:
The cafeteria may not be open during the seminar and no restaurant is near the university. DoorDash is an option. A refrigerator, microwave, kettle and coffee maker are at your disposal in the common area of the dormitory. However, we can arrange catered breakfasts and lunches if there is enough interest.

Transportation from the Vancouver airport to Squamish and back;
The shuttles from Vancouver to Squamish stop at the Squamish Adventure Center. We will offer free shuttle service from the Adventure Center to Capilano University before the seminar on Friday and back after the seminar on Sunday.

Bursary Availability

Three categories of Mat Fee Bursaries are available to CAF registered participants: Instructors, Adults, and Youth (U18). Successful applicants will have 100% of their mat fees paid by the bursary (applicants are responsible for all other costs including travel, accommodation, and food). In addition, one unused 2026 Legacy Bursary (60% of travel costs and 100% of mat fees, up to a maximum of $1000) is being carried forward for the Atlantic Region (Quebec, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia). Interested Legacy bursary applicants must be nominated by their dojo-cho, a shidoin, or their Provincial Delegate.
