The Annual Osawa Hayato Shihan CAF Camp will be held in Kelowna BC, from June 18 to 24, 2016. This is the 5th annual Canadian Aikido Federation Camp and it coincides with the 30th anniversary celebration of the host dojo: Okanagan Aikikai.

USD will be accepted. The current exchange rate at the time will be honoured with change given in CDN.

To register by mail, please print the registration form and mail the completed form to:

Onsite registration will open Friday June 17, at 5:00 pm,
and at 8:00am each day of the camp.

Cancellations: Refunds for cancellations will be made via the same method as the payment, (PayPal or cheque) whenever possible. For cancellations on or before May 15, 10% will be retained to cover commissions and costs. After May 15, 25% will be retained.

Accommodation: UBC Okanagan Dorm rooms. Most rooms have kitchen facilities within or close by. Cost is about $50 per night plus 15% tax.

Banquet: June 23rd, 2016 at 6 pm. Location is at the Sunroom on campus. The cost is $30. Please indicate special dietary needs such as vegetarian, celiac, etc.

Practice Schedule: To be announced.

Yudansha grading: June 23rd at 1:30 pm. Candidates please send in application forms to Yumi Nakamura by May 23rd, 2016

Crafting a Traditional Aikido Weapon
When: Tuesday June 21st afternoon (the 1/2-day break)
Where: UBC Okanagan Campus TBA
